Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioner No.2 has already approached the Court of Sessions in respect of the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune in S.C.C. No.2677 of 2020. He prays for withdrawal of this Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the Revision Application which is filed by the Petitioner No.2 as well as to prefer a separate Revision Application for the Petitioner No.1. 2.

Permission is granted.

With such liberty, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
