At the outset, Ms. Walke, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the stage of the trial is recording of statement under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ("CrPC") and therefore, the Applicant will not be pressing the Bail Application at this stage. However, she states that the Applicant is incarcerated since 19th January 2021 and therefore, if the trial is not concluded within a period of two months, then liberty be granted to file a fresh Bail Application.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn as the stage of the trial is recording of statement under Section 313 Sonali
