After hearing the learned Counsel for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No.81 of 2016 dated 04.08.2016 registered Anti Extortion Cell, Mumbai now culminated into NDPS Special R.A.No.120/2016 does not commence within a period of nine months from today. 2.
