Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at length, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a revision application before the revisional Court. 2.

Liberty, as prayed for, is granted with further liberty to approach the revisional Court to file a revision application. The revisional Court shall take into consideration the time lost in prosecuting the present petition while considering the application seeking condonation of delay.
