In view thereof, present Petition for quashing R.C.C No.50 of 2022 arising out of C.R No.I-111 of 2021 registered with Kalvan Police Station, District Nashik, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.

Contentions of both parties are expressly kept open to be agitated before the Trial Court.
