The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the applicant/appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon. 3.

By separate order, the respondent/original claimant is permitted to withdraw a portion of the amount of compensation deposited by the applicant. Hence, there shall be stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 15th January, 2021 passed in MACP No. 1334 of 2015 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Mumbai till the fnal disposal of the appeal.
