Learned APP has pointed out that the applicant's entitlement for bail is not tested on merits before the trial Court. It is is pointed out that the trial Court has rejected the prayer for interim bail and not fnal.

At this stage, the applicant's learned counsel seeks permission for withdrawal with liberty to approach the trial Court. In view of that, the Application stands disposed of with liberty as prayed. The learned trial Court shall decide expeditiously the Bail Application on merits, as the applicant is in jail since last two years. ( VINAY JOSHI, J. )
