The Petitioner seeks extension of time by a period of four months from the date of filing of the present Arbitration Petition, for disposal of arbitral proceedings pending between the parties before the learned Sole Arbitrator.

From the plain reading of prayer in the Arbitration Petition, it is apparent that the prayer is infructuous.
