The learned Advocates appearing for the parties have tendered Consent Terms dated 19th July, 2019. They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the above Appeal and Application be disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Appellant and the Respondent. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. The Advocates for the parties have stated that the contents of the Consent Terms have been explained and interpreted to the Appellant and the Respondent. Both the parties have also informed the Court that

The statement is accepted. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. The above Appeal and Application are disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms marked 'X'.
