This is Second Appeal of original plaintiff who failed in earlier two rounds. The original defendant has filed connected Second Appeal No.691 of 2016 in which the matter has been settled. In view of said settlement, the Appellant do not wish to prosecute the Second Appeal. He has filed a pursis to that effect. The pursis is taken on record and marked as article 'X' for identification. The Appellant Maruti is present before the Court who is identified by his Advocate. The Appellant has accepted the settlement and stated that he do not wish to prosecute the Appeal.

In view of that, Second Appeal No.644 of 2016 stands disposed since withdrawn.
