Heard Mr. Mantri, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

By the present Writ Petition, the challenge is to the legality and validity of the order dated 3rd February 2023 passed by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner in Application at Exh.37 in Enquiry No.393 of 2022. The relief sought in the Application at Exh.37 is that the voice sample of the contesting parties be sent to the Deputy Director, Regional Forensic Science Laboratory. The Assistant Charity Commissioner, by the order dated 3rd February 2023 directed that the said Application would be decided at the time of fnal argument.

In view of the nature of the impugned order, interference by this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not warranted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with no order as to costs.
