Heard the Applicant appearing in person and Ms. Ramani, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2. The present Application is for condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the Criminal Revision Application. Though the delay caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application is insignificant i.e only of 10 days, the Respondent No.2 has contested it and opposed it vehemently. The Respondent No.2 has filed a detailed affidavit in reply opposing the delay of ten days. 2.

After going through the pleadings in the Application and the affidavit in reply filed by the Respondent No.2, I am satisfied that in the interests of justice, the delay is required to be condoned. The delay is accordingly condoned. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
