It is not in dispute that the Revision Application No.154 of 2018 filed by the petitioner is pending before the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Kolhapur Division, Kolhapur and the same is adjourned to 18th July, 2018 at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the contesting respondent state that they are willing to argue the said revision application before the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Kolhapur prior to the adjourned date and this writ petition may be disposed of 1/2

502-wpst14222-18 with a direction to dispose of the said revision application filed by the petitioner herein expeditiously and not later than three months from the date of the first meeting. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Kolhapur on 19th June, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the contesting respondent agree that they will not ask for any unnecessary adjournment before the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Kolhapur and would proceed with the matter.

Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 4th May, 2018 to continue till the disposal of the said revision application and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the said order if the same is adverse against the petitioner. 5.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the said revision application. All the contentions raised are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

All the parties including the Authority to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
