1] After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that for the very same grievance which is raised in the petition, the petitioners have fled representations to respondent No.3 - the Municipal Commissioner, Kalyan-Dombilvali Municipal Corporation dated 7.3.2019 and 18.3.2019. Copies of the same are annexed to the petition as Exhibit-N and Exhibit-O respectively and the said representations are pending. It is submitted that respondent No.3 may be directed to decide the said representations.

The respondent No.3 - the Municipal Commissioner, KalyanDombilvali Municipal Corporation is directed to decide the representations dated 7.3.2019 and 18.3.2019, as early as possible and not later than four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order of this court.

3] Needless to state that the respondent No.3 shall decide the said representations, on their own merits. All the contentions of the parties are kept open.

4] All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
