Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, submitted that, the Petitioner has been acquitted by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.1017 of 2011 and has been released from jail on 24th November 2021.

In view thereof, the Petitioner will be at liberty to adopt appropriate remedial measures as may be advised and permissible under the law for redressal of his grievance as mentioned in the Petition. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
