On 1/02/2024 none had appeared for the appellant, it was recorded in the Order that if no effective steps are taken to argue the matter, this Court may pass an appropriate order of dismissal in default.

None appears even today. It appears that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal. Both the above First Appeals therefore stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Pending Applications, if any, stands disposed of.
