1) This Petition is by Defendant to the Suit for partition questioning the impugned order dated 03/04/2019 permitting other Defendants to be added to the Suit.

2) Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3) I hardly see any convincing reason which warrants interference in extraordinary jurisdiction, particularly when present Defendant is unable to demonstrate the prejudice caused to him by virtue of impleadment of Defendants to the Suit in question.
