Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Superintendent, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai, submitted that, the Petitioner is being produced before the Special Court under MCOC Act in Special Case No. 110 of 2020 arising out of CR No. 252 of 2018 regularly. He submitted that, since 24th October 2018 till 7th December 2022, the Petitioner was produced before the Trial Court on 31 dates, however he could not be produced before the Trial Court on 16 occasions for want of proper escort. 2.
