Civil Application No. 2441 of 2016 1.

This is an application seeking stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 28th November, 2015 passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP No. 940 of 2013.

Mr. Uttarwar, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that by order dated 20th May, 2016, the stay to the execution of the impugned decision was granted subject to deposit of amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- in the Nikita Gadgil

16.FA 1049-16 @ CAF 2441-16.odt Registry of this Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of the order. Mr. Uttarwar, would submit that the said amount has already been deposited in this Court and has also been withdrawn and as such nothing would survive in this application. Learned Counsel requests that the stay be continued till the final disposal of the Appeal and the application be disposed of.

Accordingly, stay granted on 20th May, 2016 be continued till the final disposal of the Appeal. The Application stands disposed of accordingly.

Mr. Uttarwar, learned Counsel for the Appellant indicates that compilation of documents has not yet been filed. However, learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the compilation had already filed. Registry to verify the same.
