Nothing survives for consideration in this application which is filed by the State for cancellation of bail as I am informed by learned counsel for Respondent-accused that the Respondent-Rizwan @ Tipu Sattar Pathan stands acquitted in the trial conducted against him. This fact was verified by learned APP from the concerned officer of the police station.
