Learned Counsel for the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application seeking the applicant's enlargement on bail, after one year. 2.

It appears that this Court vide order dated 12th July 2023 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.3981 of 2021, preferred by the co-accused - Majorsing Ashokkumar Chouhan @Dhakkan has rejected the bail application of the said accused and has expedited the trial and directed that the trial conclude within a period of one year from the N. S. Chitnis 1/2

3-ba.1757.2022.doc date of the order i.e. from 12th July 2023.

Considering the order dated 12th July 2023, no separate order is required to be passed in the present application directing expeditious disposal of the trial.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Learned counsel for the applicant to place a copy of the order passed today as well as the order dated 12th July 2023 before the trial Court, so as to enable the learned Judge to conclude the trial within one year, as requested by this Court vide order dated 12th July 2023.
