CORAM

: SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.

DATED : 04TH JULY, 2022.

P.C.:- 1.

By the present application, the applicant seeks relaxation of condition (ii) of the order dated 02/09/2020, by which he was released on bail. Learned counsel submits that the applicant is presently employed in Chhatisgrah and it is posing a difficult situation for him to abide by the condition of attendance, every week.

2/2 37 IA-1992.22.odt 2.

Though I am not inclined to exempt the applicant from abiding by the said condition, which apparently is onerous, particularly when the charge-sheet is filed and even the charge is also framed. However, in order to secure the presence of the applicant during trial and particularly when, learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that he is in Chhatisgarh, I deem it appropriate to modify condition No.(ii). The applicant shall report to the concerned police station once in a month i.e. on the first Sunday of every month between 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. and mark his attendance.

3.

The application is partly allowed.
