The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners will be satisfied if the representation annexed at Exhibit G to the petition is decided by the concerned Authority. In light of this limited request, we dispose of the petition directing that the representation, if not already decided, will be decided by the Competent Authority within a period of Trupti 1 / 2

We make it clear that the Authority will consider the representation as per law and it is open to the Authority to consider the aspect of delay in respect of the claim of interest.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that similar representation would be made to the Collector. If the representation is made to the Collector within a period of two weeks from today, the same will be decided within a period of twelve weeks, subject to earlier time bound commitments and other urgent public duties.
