DATED : 11th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, the learned counsel for the applicant seek permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted. She submits that the applicant is incarcerated since 24/5/2019 and till date, even charge is not framed. In the aforesaid circumstances, the Sessions Court is requested to frame the charge within six months from today and shall expeditiously proceed with the trial. In case the charge is not framed in the period directed above, and if the trial do not proceed, she is at liberty to renew the request for being released on bail on the ground of long incarceration.
