Yesterday, the parties re-iterated the contents of the consent terms and have admitted their signatures on the consent terms. The parties Patil-SR 1 of

903 sa-589-14.doc were identified by their respective advocates. The statements made in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. Second appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 3.

In view of the disposal of Second Appeal, nothing survives for consideration in the pending civil/interim applications and the same stand disposed of.
