1] Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, the parties herein have arrived at an amicable settlement and the Consent Terms to that effect have been duly filed in Commercial Suit No.37 of 2017. He tendered on record a photocopy of the Order dated 27th June 2017 passed the co-ordinate bench (Shri S.G. Gupte, J.) in that behalf. 2] In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 22.5.2017 is hereby confirmed.

3] In view of Order passed in A.B.A. No.902 of 2017, Criminal Application No.485 of 2017 for intervention does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed off.
