Both the Counsel state that the petition be disposed off finally at the stage of admission in following terms for which no reasons need be stated.

The petitioner shall transfer an amount of Rs.37,50,000/- (Rs.Thirty Seven Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) in fixed-deposit with its Industrial Finance Branch, Mumbai within a period of one week from today. The fixed-deposit shall be in the name of the Registrar, Industrial Court, Thane. The petitioner shall handover the fixed-deposit Certificate to the Registrar within the same time. The amount shall remain in the fixed-deposit in the name of the Registrar until expiry of 4 weeks from the date of final disposal of Complaint (ULP) No. 161 of 2014 pending in the Industrial Court, Thane.
