The Petitioner has impugned the stop work notice dated 6th May 2022 issued by the Respondent-Corporation. The Petitioner has already filed a Regularisation Application on 11th April 2022 (Exhibit A, page 45 of the Petition).

Hence, we dispose of the Petition by directing RespondentCorporation to decide the Regularisation Application dated 11th April 2022 of the Petitioner expeditiously.

We record the statement of learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation that Regularisation Application shall be decided within two weeks from today.
