The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent No.2Investigating Officer to submit final report under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in respect of MECR No.1 of 2013 registered with Shahu Nagar Police Station, Mumbai. 2.

Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP for the State, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes a statement that the said MECR was investigated and after completion of investigation into the said MECR, "C Summary Report" is filed in Metropolitan Magistrate 12th Court at Bandra, Mumbai. In support of her statement, she has placed on record, the report of Senior Police Inspector dated 16th July, 2014. 3.

In the above circumstances, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. The petitioner, is always at liberty, to file a protest Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No. 19 WP 2095.14 petition, and in the event, such petition is filed, learned Magistrate shall take appropriate decision after granting an opportunity of hearing to all concerned.

In the light of the above order, the writ petition stands disposed of.
