ORDER :

By this Interim Application, the Applicants/Original Respondents have sought directions against the Appellant in the Arbitration Appeal to disclose the names of their present partners and their office and residential addresses of partners and details with 1/2

14-IA 7960.2023 in ARA 27.2012.doc property documents of all movable and immovable properties of Iqbal Trading Co.

In my view, the relief sought for in Interim Application, apart from being misconceived, is also premature. The Application for seeking such directions is premised on the ground that the execution of the Arbitral Award cannot be proceeded with without such disclosures. It is necessary to note that the impugned Award has been stayed by this Court. Further, the Arbitration Appeal is still to be heard and this Court cannot contemplate the eventuality of the Arbitration Appeal being rejected and such details being necessary to be provided to the Respondents.

In that view of the matter, the Interim Application is rejected.

There shall be no orders as to costs.
