Mr.Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to move an application under Section 143 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, to respondent No.2-the Commissioner, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
