Heard the petitioner in-person and the advocate for the respondents. The Review Petition is to review the oral judgment dated 12.02.2014 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.3679/2013. 2.

In the present proceedings, the petitioner had filed Writ Petition No.3679/2013 challenging the order dated 01.02.2013 passed by the School Tribunal, Pune Region, Pune in M.C.A. No.15/2012 rejecting the petitioner's application for condonation of 2 years 4 months and 9 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the termination order dated 22.05.2010.

The first ground taken by the petitioner in the review petition is that in para 3 (wrongly stated as para 2) of oral judgment, the date of receipt of termination order is stated as 31.06.2012 instead of 31.07.2012.

Hence, in oral judgment dated 12.02.2014 on page 3, para 3, in 6th line instead of 31st June, 2012 it should be 31st July 2012. Rest of the order shall remain as it is.

The other ground raised by the petitioner is nothing but an attempt to re-argue the entire matter, which is not permitted at all.

Hence, the review petition stands rejected.
