Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State. Charge sheet has been filed on 14 June 2016. The issues which are raised in this Application can be raised by the Applicant by filing appropriate Application before the concerned Court. In view of filing of the charge sheet, we decline to entertain this Application. However, the remedy of the Applicant is kept open. All contentions on merits are kept open.
