Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to move the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, 2nd Court, as according to the learned A.P.P. the charge-sheet has already been filed on 28th November 2016. Learned Counsel for the Applicant pointed out that the Applicant would be travelling to Singapore on 2nd June 2017.

In the event such an application for permission to travel

2 APPP.452/2017-ABA.938/2015(905) abroad is made by the Applicant before the learned trial Court the same may be considered expeditiously on its own merits, as the Applicant's travelling itinerary indicates that he is travelling from 2nd June 2017 onwards. I have not made any observations on the merits of the application. 3.

The Application is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
