The grievance in the petition can be taken care of by the trial Court during the course of trial by recording evidence. It appears that the application is filed in the year 2015, by this time trial might have commenced. It would be open for the petitioner to agitate his grievance in an appropriate proceeding.

In view of the above, we are unable to accept prayer of the petitioner. Hence, writ petition stands rejected. 3.
