By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the appeal. It is not objected by the learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3. In view of the same, and for the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned. Appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any. 3.
