Heard learned Counsel for the parties. The parties have tendered the Consent Terms which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. Learned Counsel submit that they have settled the dispute and the Consent Terms are in terms of what has been agreed between the parties. I have interacted with the Principal of the Petitioner No.1 - School. She is identifed by her Advocate. She says that the Consent Terms are in terms of what is agreed between the parties. 9. wp 3218.21.doc Advocate for the Respondent No.1 submitted that there is some difÏculty on the part of Respondent No.1 in attending the Court today, nonetheless, he says that Respondent No.1 has signed the Consent Terms in his presence and he is agreeable to the disposal of this Petition in terms of the Consent Terms. As parties have settled the dispute, Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
