Being aggrieved by the decision taken by the concerned respondent/Authority in relation to over stay leave of 274 days, this petition is filed by the petitioner.

The contention of the petitioner is that he over stayed for 210 days whereas the authority has concluded the over stay for 274 days. 3.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP submits that the competent authority has computed the period of over stay by the petitioner correctly and therefore, the petition is denied of remission. 4.

We are enable to entertain this petition since it raises a disputed question of fact. The grievance of the petitioner relates back to the year 2012. In case, if the grievance still subsists, the petitioner would be at liberty to file fresh application. In case, such application is filed, the Ethape D.A.
