1] Today, letter sent by prisoner on 20th April 2015 from Nashik Central Prison is placed on record.

2] In said letter, he complains about harassment and insult at the hands of Staf of that Jail.

3] Learned APP is disputing this. However, he adds that on 25th August 2017 the prisoner has been shifted to Yerwada Open Prison. Nominal roll recording this which learned APP has produced is at as "Exhibit-A".

4] We therefore, fnd that grievance does not survive. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
