Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has intimated the petitioners regarding taking discharge and he will file an application for discharge in the registry. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that the loan amount is recovered and the loan account of the petitioners is closed. He therefore submits that nothing survives in the petition. Learned counsel for respondent no.3, submits that the petitioners had applied for the benefit of the OTS scheme which was granted and on payment of OTS amount, the loan account has been closed. 3.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondent no.3, nothing survives in the petition. Hence, petition is disposed of as infructuous. In view of the disposal of the petition, pending Applications are disposed of as infructuous.
