In view of provisions of Rule 107, Sub-Rule 19, clause (c) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1971, a prayer for withdrawal of the petition is made with liberty to take out suit proceedings before the competent civil Court. 2.

The petition as such stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

As far as the process of attachment order by the respondent to continue, however, no coercive steps be taken so as to disturb functioning of the petitioner for a period of one week.
