The prayer of the petitioner is that the directions be given to the Department of Telecommunication to furnish the CDR of mobile no. 09923354185 for the period from 15th September, 2008 to 15th November, 2008. The petitioner is an under-trial in Special Case No. 01/2009@08/2011@NIA 01/2016. This case pertains to Malegaon Bomb blast case. The said trial is pending before the Special MCOC Court, Mumbai.

We are not inclined to interfere and as the trial is pending before the Special MCOC Court, Mumbai, it would be appropriate that the petitioner prefers an application with the very same prayer before the trial Court. 1 / 2
