The applicant is seeking permission to travel to Barcelona, Spain from 21st October 2023 to 15th November 2023. 2.
Vide order dated 4th May 2022 applicant was permitted to travel to United States of America between the period 30th July 2022 and 31st August 2022. Subsequently vide order dated 15th September 2022 applicant was permitted to travel to Germany from 21st October 2022 to 15th November 2022. Vide order dated 22nd February 2023 applicant was permitted to travel to United States of America between 15th May 2023 to 15th August 2023. It was directed that passport of the applicant lying with the Registry of this Court be returned to the applicant and after the applicant returns to India, his passport be redeposited with the Registry of this Court within one week from the date of his arrival to India. Pursuant to the said order, passport was handed over to applicant. However, applicant could
2 of 3 3.IA.1828.2023.doc not avail of the facility of travelling abroad granted vide order dated 22nd February 2023 and the passport is in possession of applicant. The period of permission granted vide order dated 22nd February 2023 is still in force. However, applicant do not want to travel to U.S.A in accordance with order dated 22nd February 2023. 3.
Applicant contends that due to his professional work he is required to travel to Barcelona for attending CPhI Exhibition and business meeting between 21st October 2023 to 15th November 2023. The letter issued by Vamsi Labs Limited dated 9th January 2023 and schedule of exhibition to be held at Barcelona has been annexed to this application.

Considering the fact that applicant was permitted to travel abroad and that on two occasions he had availed the facility of travelling abroad after complying all the directions, permission sought in this application can be granted.
ORDER
(i) Interim Application No.1828 of 2023 is allowed and disposed off;
(ii) Applicant is permitted to travel to Barcelona, Spain between the period 21st October 2023 and 15th November 2023; (iii) The applicant shall furnish itinerary of the places where he will be residing and the telephone numbers where he can be contacted during the said period. Such itinerary be submitted within one week from today;
(iv) The aforesaid details be provided to the Trial Court as well as to the Investigating Officer of concerned Police Station within one week;
