On 15/7/2014 none appeared for the petitioner. The Petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. On 17/6/2015 this Court (Coram: A.S. Gadkari, J) had directed that the amendment be carried out within two weeks, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.
