The Petitioner seeks direction against the Respondents to decide Petitioner's representation/application dated 16.10.2020 as well as original application dated 24.09.2020. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the communication dated 16.10.2020 had been made by the District Social Welfare Officer, Satara, to the Maharashtra state Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation, Pune Division, through its Commissioner, requesting the Maharashtra State Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation, Pune Division, to grant Government sanction/ approval for teaching and non-teaching staff to the Petitioner as per the Government Resolution dated 08.04.2015 and 04.07.2018. He has submitted that inspite of the recommendation/ communication, Respondent No.1 has failed to consider the representation/application of the Petitioner. He accordingly submitted that the Respondents be directed to consider the representation/ application of the Petitioner.

In view of the limited prayer sought in this Petition, the Respondents are directed to decide the Petitioner's representation/ application dated 16.10.2010 as well as original application dated 24.09.2020 at the earliest and in any case within a period of eight 2 / 3

weeks from the date of this order.

The Respondents shall communicate the decision on the Petitioner's said representation/application within a period of one week from the date of the decision.

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
