Heard Ms. Bhambwani, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant i.e. Original Petitioner.

It is the contention of learned counsel appearing for the Applicant that, the Applicant is a senior citizen of 76 years old and suffering from certain diseases.

Mr. Salgar, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents states that, the Respondents have no objection for expediting the hearing of Writ Petition.

As the Applicant is senior citizen of 76 years old, the Interim Application is allowed by expediting the hearing of Writ Petition No. 6679 of 2003 and connected Writ Petition No.155 of 2011. Both the Writ Petitions be added in the 'fnal hearing' board commencing from 3rd July, 2023 under the category of 'Senior Citizens'.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
