The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with CR No. I-0048 of 2018 dated 24.02.2018, registered with Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai, under sections 452, 363, 323, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. The Applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 05.07.2018 passed by this court (Coram : A.S. Gadkari,J.) Borey 1/2

spb/ 7aba955-18.odt Learned APP on instructions from the officer who is present in the court submits that the prosecution has filed a report under section 154 of the Cr.P.C., exonerating the Applicant from the said proceedings and the said report is pending for orders before the concerned court. In view of this submission, the interim order dated 05.07.2018 is confirmed.

In the event of arrest of the Applicant in CR No. I0048 of 2018 dated 24.02.2018, registered with Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai, the Applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount.
