This is an application filed by the Applicant accused N. Jayakumar who is present today in person for permission to travel abroad i.e. U.S.A. for a period from 20th May, 2017 to 2nd June 2017 for the purpose of attending his daughters convocation and attending business meetings. According to him he was granted permission to travel abroad on the earlier occasions and he has abided by all the conditions imposed on him. He submits that it is a short trip to attend his daughter's
convocation on 23rd May, 2017 and 24th May 2017 and for business purposes and that he will not abscond. 2.
In fact that on the previous occasions permission to travel abroad has been granted is not disputed by the learned A.P.P. Learned A.P.P. opposes the application. 3.
Having considered the submissions and the material on record it is seen that the applicant was permitted to travel abroad on the earlier occasions. The Applicant has abided by the conditions imposed upon him and has returned back to India as per the schedule. The Applicant has already deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/- in addition to the earlier cash security amount of Rs.4,00,000/- as reflected in the order dated 11th April, 2017 passed by the trial Court below Miscellaneous Application C.C.No.339/M/2017 in C.C. No.626/PW/2014. The said amount is still deposited and it has not been withdrawn.

In this view of the matter in the interest of justice I am
inclined to allow this application and permit the Applicant to travel abroad during the period from 22nd May, 2017 to 2nd June, 2017 on the following terms and conditions: 1.
The Application is allowed.
The applicant/accused Mr. N. Jayakumar is permitted to travel abroad i.e. U.S.A. From 22nd May, 2017 to 2nd June, 2017.

He shall deposit additional amount of rs.25,000/- by tomorrow in addition to the earlier cash security amount of Rs.25,000/-.

The applicant/accused shall submit details of his itinerary to the EOW, Mumbai prior to his departure.
4.
He shall give his address about his stay abroad. He shall give the authenticated details of two of his relatives with address proof and
contact numbers along with his own.
5.
He shall remain present before the trial Court as and when required.
6.
The defence Advocate shall not challenge his identity in the trial in his absence.
