Upon production, taken on board. 2] The learned counsel for the petitioner, after taking instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court, states that the petitioner, in compliance with communication dated 10 December 2013, issued by the T.I.L.R (page 208 of the paperbook), will submit a necessary 7/12 extract as well as pay the necessary fees, within a period of two weeks from today.

3] Once the fees are paid and 7/12 extract is produced, the T.I.L.R. to complete the measurement work as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of two months from the date of compliance.

DSS p-5-wp-6370-14.doc 4] Further, the Executing Court, i.e., learned Civil Court, Senior Division, Khed-Rajgurunagar, District Pune, to dispose of the execution proceedings, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of report of measurement from the T.I.L.R.

5] Needless to mention that both the T.I.L.R. as well as the Executing Court to discharge their respective duties in accordance with law and after afford of an opportunity of hearing to all parties.

6] With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

7] All parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
