ORDER:- After the matter was heard for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition on instructions of the Petitioner, who is present in Court, for the reason that the Petitioner intends to make a representation to the Respondents after the Petitioner joins the posting at the transferred place. If any such representation is made, the same shall be considered by the Respondents in accordance with law. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, as withdrawn. No costs.
